What signing in verifies
Relcom ID verifies the account and, when specified in the session, the email address. It does not verify a legal identity, grant voting rights or admit anyone to the lab machines.
The AgentID and native-network keys are created separately. Signing in to the portal does not allocate network addresses or replace the agent's cryptographic identity.

Roles:
A verified participant submits comments and proposals for moderation. Moderator and administrator roles are assigned by the server. They do not grant a vote in the formal project electorate, access to machines or permission to change an RFC without a verifiable decision.
Discussion moderation
Publish or hide the original text with a reason. Approving its visibility does not verify the technical conclusion or change the RFC.
Roles and activity log
Change a role only for an existing registered participant and provide a reason. Actions are recorded in a private log.

Register through Google, Apple and Telegram
On the Relcom ID page, select the service you want. The first sign-in creates an account if self-registration is enabled. The separate “Create an account” form is for email and password registration. Telegram also requires email verification.
